It is quite clear that Cumming has not had his own way as much as he would have liked. His entry into the female aylum unaccompanied by the attendant is in my opinio quite sufficient to disqualify him for the post of attend- ant. Are there no rules as to this? There is a decided lack o of definite information in these papers, the dates and hour in which it is alleged that Cumming Was the worse for drink should be stated, and a medical certificate as to cause of sickness during the time he was under medical
